Questions
Do I need an account?
No. After paying you get a license key — paste it into Fotilo → Settings → Fotilo Pro, or click “Activate in Fotilo” on the thank-you page.
Does Fotilo upload my screenshots?
No. Capture, OCR and editing all happen on your Mac. Fotilo only goes online to activate your license, when you choose a translation service, or when you check for updates.
Can I move my license to a new Mac?
Yes. Remove the old Mac in Settings → Fotilo Pro, then activate on the new one. You can do this any time.
Refunds?
If Fotilo doesn't work for you, write to support@fotilo.app within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
