License

Fotilo is licensed, not sold. The free version may be used at no cost. A Pro license lets you use the Pro features of your plan on up to 3 Macs that you own or control.

Lifetime and subscriptions

A lifetime license includes all future updates. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel; when it ends, Fotilo returns to the free version and your files stay untouched. You can cancel any time from Settings → Fotilo Pro → Manage subscription.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem, whose terms also apply to your purchase. If Fotilo doesn't work for you, write to support@fotilo.app within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Refunded or charged-back licenses are deactivated.

Acceptable use

Don't share, resell or publish license keys, and don't use Fotilo to break the law or to capture content you have no right to capture.

No warranty

Fotilo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
